General InformationBy purchasing my services (art commissions/Commercial Use License), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
- I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.
- I reserve the rights to modify, alter, and recolor stickers/sticker sketches done previously on new sticker commissions.
My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs.Payments Information- Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi.
- For your protection and mine, 50% payment is required before I begin and 50% before I finish.
- Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. If someone pays for your commission via trade/voucher, you must state it in your commission request.
- If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.RefundIF:
- I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, or
- I have not yet begun your commission and two months or more have passed since you have fully paid for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait. (subject to change based on size)If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no steps have been taken at all, 60% if no inking has begun, and 20% if I have finished lining. Once the artwork is coloured no refunds are available.- By paying an invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided email.
- Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made.
- The artist will also have full rights to resell the character design/ recycle the art made if chargeback is made.Copyright / Usage Policy-You may opt out of this. If you want your piece to be private, I will not post nor use it as material to promote myself.
- Clients may use their pieces as illustrations for their RPs, avatars, profiles, references, they may be cropped, re-uploaded (but please credit/link me!)
- Clients may also print out the artwork for personal use, such as if they wish to hang it in their home. Just let me know from the beginning so I can make it at the proper resolution.
- You may not finish my sketch, or color/shade my lineart.
- You may not have another artist finish my sketch, or color/shade my lineart.
- If you are not the client, you may not under any circumstance edit and/or re-upload my art, credit or no credit.
- Commercial usage is subject to 50% additional of the base price.
- Under no circumstances may you use my artwork for NFT, AI training/usage or commercial use without permission.

- *I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel uncomfortable with the request.I do NOT accept underage persons commissioning me for MATURE (18+) art. I reserve the right to refuse said commissions if I know that the customer is under 18. Purchasing any MATURE type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you agree to this; if this is untrue at any point, it is not my responsibility.- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.
- Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustrations you will receive. If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist. Feel free to let me know and I'll remove your slot from the list.
- You’re also allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed. I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details.Reference and Information- Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece. Visual references and written references are fine; note that if the written reference is too complex/not specific enough for me to work off of, I reserve the right to add a charge onto the order and will contact you about it.
- Please be as specific as possible when ordering.
- The artist cannot be held responsible for mistakes made from lack of reference.Working progress- Any edits past 2 fixes during the sketch, will cost a fee. Fee depends on complexity/number of extra changes. This is subject to change based on amount of the sketch that is requested to be changed.
- Any changes made after commission is complete will incur additional charges. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions including the background and small watermark.Time Frame- Duration of commissions will vary from 2 weeks to 2 months. Subject to change based on life and complexity of commissions.What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?- Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.
- Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.
